Bryan Allan Schultz

Bryan Allan Schultz, the son of Roger Schultz and Elaine (Fery) Schultz  was born on August 28, 1967 in Minot, North Dakota. He passed away at the age of 51 on Sunday, December 23, 2018 in Towner, North Dakota.

Bryan was raised in Towner where he graduated high school and lived there most of his life, working various jobs, including Winger Cheese, Burlington Northern Railroad for 22 years and most recently residing in Barnesville, Minnesota and working for Bobcat.

Bryan married Corinna Getzlaff on December 18, 1992 and had one son, Jesse James.  Bryan loved his family and friends, but his real passion was cars! Working on them, driving them, racing them and on occasion destroying them! He could be found on most weekends and evenings working in his shop in Towner. Anytime anyone needed a mechanic, a tow or a tire changed, he was always there willing to lend a helping hand. Bryan got involved in Enduro Racing, which turned into a family event as two of his brothers joined him on the track and eventually even his son took his turn on the dirt track. Bryan was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed the pursuit of the elusive whitetail deer.

Bryan is survived by his wife Corinna; one son, Jesse (Autumn); one grand-daughter, Beatrice; two step-children, Bowe Getzlaff (Stephanie) of Minot; Brooke Schaeffer (Gary) of Oxford, WI; his parents Roger Schultz (Angie) of Forest River and Elaine Schultz of Towner; one sister, Lynn Stone (Malcolm Marcus) of Towner; three brothers, Austin of Minot, Leon and Jason (Jamie Kitzman) both of Towner; one nephew, Jordan Stone and one niece, Taylor Stone; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Towner, ND. There will be no visitation or reviewal.  Fr. Michael Schommer, Celebrant
