Posted Condolences:

We are so sad to hear about Janelle. Both of our children looked forward to seeing her twice a day on the bus. She did a lot of great activities for the kids during Valentines, Halloween and sometimes just for fun! Our youngest was always running to beat the bus home where she would always smile and wave as she drove by. I know our kids will always remember her as their favorite bus driver.

I went to Wolford school with Janelle and was friends with her. We had a lot of good times. Got into some trouble. She always made me laugh. Gone way to soon. My thoughts and prayers go to the family. She will always be in my heart.

Sure wish I could of been to the prayer service tonight but timing didn't work. As I have stories to share. :) Janelle thought she was a second mother to her students. She always treated them with candy and other favors. Like Pizza. It was totally against the rules and how do you explain to the bus sitting next to Janelle's why they got pizza and they didn't. But we got through that. I'll miss her being to work bright & early & always with a smile on her face.

I never knew Janelle personally but she safely drove my son back and forth to school for years. Her kindness over this time showed in so many ways with the kids. She was a special lady who took the time to make her bus students feel they mattered by all the little things she did for them. I will always be grateful for her and my son and I will miss her. We are so very sorry for your loss and forever thankful for Janelle.
