Mary Stoll

Mary (Helmuth) Stoll was born November 6, 1922 in Mylo, North Dakota, the daughter of Elmer and Amanda (Graber) Helmuth.  She died at the age of 91 years on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the University of Iowa Medical Center in Iowa City.  She was united in marriage to Charles E. "Chuck" Stoll on March 30, 1941.  Mary was a member of the Lakeview Mennonite Church in rural Wolford, North Dakota and she had been attending the Kalona Mennonite Church since moving to Kalona five years ago.

She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading and singing.

Survivors include six children and spouses; Kenneth (Sharon) Stoll of Elkhart, IN, Elsie (Wilbur) Mast of Riverside, IA, Judy (Bruce) Roberts of Elkhart, IN, Frank Stoll of Morris, IL, Charlotte (Ken) Lewis of Mobridge, SD, Geneva (Randy) Humble of Menoken, ND, 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.  Preceding Mary in death were her parents, her husband, Chuck, three brothers; Ervin, Sylvan and Freddie Helmuth and one granddaugther; April Lewis.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 22nd at the Lakeview Mennonite Church in rural Wolford with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be for one hour prior to the time of services at the church on Friday.
