Dear Family,
Richard was the most giving and kind person. He always thought of me as a 'daughter' and not 'daughter in law'. He will be missed greatly by myself, by my son's and by my grandchildren. I loved him as a Father. Whenever I was with him, he made me feel special. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was sad to hear of my Uncle's passing. He was my Father, Waldemar's younger Brother. I can look back on all the fun we used to have on our Summer vacations in Rugby. Lots of Aunts,Uncles, and plenty of Cousins around to make things interesting. Richard is also the last of Oscar and Valborg children. He left a beautiful legacy behind. My heart goes out to my Cousins Kenny, Mark and Kelly, your Dad will be truly missed.I'm so very sorry for your loss. The Angels took him home to his Family in Heaven.

I am sorry to hear of Uncle Richard's passing. I still have great memories of summer vacations in Rugby with Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt's Gerry and Dorothy, and our Uncle "Tootie" (Richard) and lots and lots of cousins. Uncle Richard was always so happy and fun to be around. He and my dad (Waldemar) were so much alike. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to Mark, Kelly & Kenny and their families. Like Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt's Gerry and Dorothy, Uncle Donald and my Dad who all went before him he too will always be in my heart. He is with his family again and I know I will also be with them some day but until then I will cherish all of the memories they left me with. Goodbye Uncle Tootie you will be dearly missed.
Cathy Lynn Blessum

Our thoughts and prayers are with you! Sorry for your loss.
