Theodore Earl Miller

Theodore Earl Miller, the son of Raymond and Ellen (Christianson) Miller was born on April 4, 1951 in Minot, North Dakota.  He died at the age of 63 years on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Trinity Medical Center in Minot, North Dakota.

Ted was raised in the homes of his parents, first in Upham, North Dakota and later in Watford City, where he graduated from high school.  Ted served in the U.S. Air Force and later worked for various companies in the computer industry.  Ted was united in marriage to Ella Ann Rood of Mesa, AZ in 1974.  The couple made their homes over his working years in Omaha, NE, Mesa, AZ, and Troy, MO and moved home to Upham in 2009.  He enjoyed the rural lifestyle, fishing, playing cards, visiting with family and friends, watching football games and dearly loved his Pomeranian dogs.

Ted is survived by his parents of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Judy (Jim) Molesa of Show Low, AZ and Joan Miller of Gilbert, AZ; brother, Scott (Laura) of Chandler, AZ; many nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann; and a brother, Raymond Craig.

The family would like to express their thanks to all of Ted’s nurses and staff at the Heart of America Care Center in Rugby and a heartfelt, special thank you to all of the staff at the Trinity Medical Center for their kind and compassionate care of Ted in his final hours.  Memorials in his memory may be made to the Humane Society or donor’s choice.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held in Arizona.
